As a courtesy, our system sends a 24 hour reminder text for your appointment. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us treat our guests better by providing more than 24 hours notice to avoid the cancellation fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session.

We have reserved time and space especially for you and require a 24 hour cancellation or modification of treatment notice, prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than a 24 hour notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled session. I understand emergencies happen and offer a single annually fee waiver. This is my sole income and the fee is to cover my time, supplies, and expenses since it is near impossible to refill an appointment with 24 hour notice or less, thank you for your understanding.

Appointments may be booked or reschedule online for no fee, there is a $10 rescheduling fee for appointments manually rescheduled. As a solo practice utilizing tools like online booking helps save time to focus on treatments. Evening and weekend appointments are very limited and difficult to reschedule, if you are an evening or weekend client please make a commitment to keep your appointments as scheduled. Spots will be available based on reliability.

We reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled session for all No Shows. Non-refundable deposits may be required to book future appointments.

Non-refundable Deposits are required for all after hours appointments (4pm or later and weekends), and for lash appointments.

Clients are encouraged to keep a credit card on file to make check out, memberships, deposits, and fees a smoother process. All memberships, deposits or fees will be issued as an email invoice that you have 72 hours to pay; at which point if a card is on file the transaction will be completed for you. Failure to pay deposits or fees may result in appointment cancellation and/or inability to book until settled.

If for any reason Panda Pampering needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.

All treatment sales including packages and gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

Retail items can only be refunded if unused, sealed in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

Please notify Panda Pampering before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant/trying.

All clients are required to complete an electronic questionnaire either prior to or upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

Please do not bring children, pets, valuables with you; we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
